Testing
When will my test results be available?
Cyclopure aims to have your test results in your inbox within 10-14 business days of Water Test Kit return confirmation email receipt. Results will be sent from wtkreports@cyclopure.com. Please add this email to your contacts to ensure your results do not end up in your spam folder.
I haven’t received my test results. Where are they?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, please write to us using our contact form.
What water should I test?
Cyclopure tests tap water, well water, surface water, wastewater, and runoff water. Which water you test is completely up to you!
Do you test for other contaminants?

No, Cyclopure only tests water sources.
My WTK cup is faulty. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. Please send a photo along with a description of what happened to wtksupport@cyclopure.com.
Filtration
Does Purefast filter more than just PFAS?
In addition to PFAS removal, Purefast is also certified by NSF for chlorine (taste and odor) removal.
Purefast does not remove (leaves intact) inorganic ions like fluoride and healthy mineral ions.
Internal testing has shown that our filter offers some lead removal, but this has not yet been certified by a certification agency.
Is it okay if there is moisture in the Purefast Countertop packaging?
How long does the Purefast filter last?
Purefast® Countertop filters are certified for 65 gallons of water, which can last up to 3 months for a family of 2.
Purefast® Home20 filters are certified to provide 20,000 gallons of PFAS-free water to your home.
Purefast® Home80 filters are certified to provide 80,000 gallons of PFAS-free water to your home.
What do I do with my used filter?
Cyclopure offers an exchange program for its Purefast® Home80 and Home20 filters. When you are ready to replace your current filter, contact us to place a new order.
Each Purefast® Countertop filter comes with a prepaid mailer to return used cartridges to our lab for safe disposal. When you open the package, check the mailer and store it where you will remember, such as a catchall drawer in the kitchen.
When the filter is fully used, place the spent cartridge in the mailer, seal it, and drop off the package at the post office to return. Postage is already paid!

Can I purchase DEXSORB® for use in custom home systems?
No. Cyclopure has residential filtration vessels available for sale. Loose DEXSORB® is not available for sale for residential applications.
