When can I expect my package to arrive?

Your package will arrive via UPS or USPS within 3-5 business days.

Does Cyclopure ship internationally?

Yes, Cyclopure can ship internationally. International shipping is at the customer’s expense.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, you can:

  • Call (800) 742-5877 to speak with a UPS service rep for detailed tracking information.
  • Ask neighbors if they received the package.
  • Write to our team using the contact form. To expedite assistance, please include the order number and tracking number in your message.

What is Cyclopure's return and exchange policy?

Cyclopure accepts returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To exchange a defective item, contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@cyclopure.com, making sure to include a description and images of the damaged product. Cyclopure will provide you with a shipping label in the case of an exchange.

The Return Policy applies to Water Test Kits and Purefast® Countertop filters. Purefast® HomeXtreme, Purefast® Home80, and Purefast® Home20 are final sale.

Testing

When can I expect to receive my test results?

Cyclopure aims to have your test results in your inbox within 10-14 business days of Water Test Kit return confirmation email receipt. Results will be sent from wtkreports@cyclopure.com. Please add this email to your contacts to ensure your results do not end up in your spam folder.

What should I do if I haven’t received my test results yet?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, please write to us using our contact form.

What water can I test?

The Water Test Kit is intended for individual or household testing only. This includes using the Kit for tap watersurface water, and well water testing.

⚠️ Important Notice: Use of the Water Test Kit for research and development purposes, especially with samples containing high PFAS concentrations, can damage our laboratory equipment and disrupt testing operations. Please contact us directly before ordering if you intend to use the Water Test Kit Pro for purposes other than household/well water testing.

Does Cyclopure offer testing for other contaminants in addition to PFAS?

Cyclopure tests for 55 PFAS analytes.

Does Cyclopure test soil?

No, Cyclopure only tests water sources.

Can I request a replacement if my WTK cup is damaged or defective?

Yes. Please send a photo of the defective cup along with a description of the issue to wtksupport@cyclopure.com.

Does the plastic material of the collection cup affect test results

All components of the Water Test Kit are pre-conditioned and validated to be trace clean, analytical grade for accurate PFAS sampling, including the filter cup, glass fiber membranes, and the DEXSORB®-loaded PFAS extraction disc. No leaching of any other contaminants like plastics occur during the PFAS sampling activities using our WTK.

Why do my results display ranges instead of specific numbers?

Our 1.0 ppt LOQ is based on the entire 250 mL water sample passing through the cup. When we calculate the LOQ for a sample, we are taking the mass of PFAS in the lowest standard we use to calibrate our equipment and then dividing that by the amount of sample in liters that went through the cup. When the sample amount changes, the LOQ changes. When we have the ideal amount of 250 mL, we get our usual LOQ of 1.0 ppt. When less sample passes through the cup, we get LOQs that are higher than the ideal sample. Whereas if someone were to pass 500 mL of water through the cup, our LOQ would be lower than the ideal sample.

Filtration

Does the Purefast filter remove more than just PFAS?

In addition to PFAS removal, Purefast is also certified by NSF for chlorine (taste and odor) removal.

Purefast does not remove (leaves intact) inorganic ions like fluoride and healthy mineral ions.

Internal testing has shown that our filter offers some lead removal, but this has not yet been certified by a certification agency.

Is it normal to find moisture in my Purefast Countertop packaging?

Each Purefast filter comes pre-conditioned for smooth filtration. You may find some moisture or a small amount of water when you open the packaging. This is normal.

What is the lifespan of the Purefast filter?

Purefast® Countertop filters are certified for 65 gallons of water, which can last up to 3 months for a family of 2.

Purefast® Home20 filters are certified to provide 20,000 gallons of PFAS-free water to your home.

Purefast® Home80 filters are certified to provide 80,000 gallons of PFAS-free water to your home.

Purefast® HomeXtreme filters are cerftified to provide 160,000 gallons of PFAS-free water to your home.

What can I do with my used filter?

Cyclopure offers an exchange program for its Purefast® Home80 and Home20 filters. When you are ready to replace your current filter, contact us to place a new order.

Each Purefast® Countertop filter comes with a prepaid mailer to return used cartridges to our lab for safe disposal. When you open the package, check the mailer and store it where you will remember, such as a catchall drawer in the kitchen.

When the filter is fully used, place the spent cartridge in the mailer, seal it, and drop off the package at the post office to return. Postage is already paid!

How do I read my WTK report?

DEXSORB®

Can I purchase DEXSORB® for use in custom home systems?

No. Cyclopure has residential filtration vessels available for sale. Loose DEXSORB® is not available for sale for residential applications.
